
Conference Refund and Substitution Policy
Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellations made at least three (3) weeks prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made less than three (3) weeks prior to the event are non-refundable.
Substitutions and Attendance Changes
Substitutions are accepted up to one (1) week prior to the event. This includes:
- Switching from in-person to virtual attendance
You will receive a refund for the difference in registration fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Virtual attendance includes access to recorded sessions for future viewing. - Transferring registration to another attendee
You may substitute another individual to attend in your place, either in-person or virtually.
